Healthier Foods YOU Like

This class is open to anyone who is committed to taking steps to a healthier lifestyle. This class is 1 of a series of 8 classes that outline simple steps to help you reach your healthier YOU goals. You are invited to attend 1 or all 8 classes. The class will be fun and interactive. It will involve easy to follow education material, discussion questions, small group activities, sharing, and action steps.

A special emphasis is placed on weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke prevention. The classes are based on simple proven methods to a healthier lifestyle.
