Mark your calendars! It’s time for our annual emergency preparedness drill! Come to our Flu Shootout to get a flu shot and help our department practice for administering mass vaccinations in the case of a bio-terrorist or natural disease emergency.

9:00 am – 1:00 pm (all ages) (flu vaccine FREE to all Kane County residents!)
*If you are not a Kane County Resident, Flu Shots are available for $20. Cash, check, or credit card. NO CHARGE with proof of the following insurances: DMBA, Educators Mutual, Healthy Premier, HSA Healthcare, Adult Medicaid, Medicare (depending on HMO plan), PEHP, SelectHealth, Tall Tree, United Healthcare or Aetna First Health (NOT on the Utah Connected Network)
- Download consent form. Print, fill out, and bring to the Shoot-Out (save time!)
- Wear a short-sleeved shirt
- Flu vaccine is also available at each county office (St. George, Cedar City, Kanab, Beaver, Panguitch) on a walk-in basis
