The Utah Indoor Clean Air Act (UICAA) is intended to protect community members from the dangers of secondhand smoke exposure.

In Utah, it is illegal to smoke inside a public building or within 25 feet of a doorway, window, or air intake– even if there is a smoking receptacle within the restricted area. This includes electronic cigarettes and other vapor products.
