What is UICAA?
The Utah Indoor Clean Air Act (UICAA) is intended to protect community members from the dangers of secondhand smoke exposure. In Utah, it is illegal to smoke inside a public building or within 25 feet of a doorway, window, or air intake– even if there is a smoking receptacle within the restricted area. This includes electronic cigarettes and other vapor products. For more information regarding UICAA, click here.
