GRAMA REQUEST

Submitting GRAMA Request:

1. Click Here to begin.
2. Scroll to the bottom of page and click Request Records button.
3. Use your Utah ID account (or create one) to complete the request. This saves your progress and sends updates to the email associated with account.

Note: Once you’ve completed request, our GRAMA officer will send information to appropriate division for review.
