What is UNIS?

The Utah Department of Health created the statewide UNIS System as an emergency notification system to be used both within your organization and with other local, county, and state partners.  It is a confidential and secure system to contact and inform key personnel in the event of an emergency or disaster.  Notifications can be sent to personnel via phone, email, fax, pager or text messaging.
